😊 Occupancy Policy

🛏 Room Types & Maximum Occupancy

💼 1-Bedroom Units

• ✅ Base rate includes 2 guests

• 👨‍👩‍👧 Maximum:  – 5 adults, or  – 7 guests including children

🛋 Studio Units

• ✅ Base rate includes 2 guests

• 👨‍👩‍👧 Maximum:  – 3 adults, or  – 5 guests including children

💰 Additional Charges

• Starting from the 3rd guest, an extra ₱350 per person per night applies

• This includes extra mattress, linens, towels, and utilities to ensure comfort

👶 Children Policy

• Children aged 3 and above are considered as regular paying guests

• 1 child under 2 years old can stay free of charge

• If 2 children under 2 are staying, one is free, and the other will be charged ₱350 per night

📌 Example

If your group includes 2 adults and 2 children (ages 1 and 4):

• The 1-year-old stays free

• The 4-year-old is charged ₱350 per night

📝 Important Reminders

• Please inform us in advance of the total number of guests, including infants

• All guests must be registered for building security

• Extra bedding (airbed, foam, or futon) and towels will be prepared accordingly
