🧳 Early Arrival & Luggage Drop-Off Policy (FAQ)
❓ Can we leave our luggage in the lobby if we arrive early (e.g., 7:00 AM)?
⛔ I am sorry but No, luggage drop-off is not allowed at the condo lobby. Due to building security and safety policies, luggage is not permitted in the lobby or front desk area.
🕐 What time is the standard check-in?
✅ Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. You may check in any time after that — even late at night — as the lobby is open 24 hours.
⏰ What if we arrive too early in the morning?
If you arrive too early (e.g., 7:00 AM), waiting a long time in the lobby might be difficult.
📍 Recommended Option: We suggest using the Traveller Lounge at SM City Cebu, where you can safely store luggage, rest, and explore the mall while waiting for check-in time.
🧹 Is early check-in possible before 3:00 PM?
It may be possible but is not guaranteed.
🕚 The previous guest checked out at 11:00 AM.
After that, cleaning usually takes 2 hours, depending on the schedule.
💬 If cleaning finishes early, we’ll send you a message with the lockbox code so you can check in earlier — for free if available.
💸 What if I want to guarantee early check-in?
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, we can request an additional cleaner to prioritize your unit.
🧼 Fee: ₱100 per hour
➡️ Example: Check-in at 1:00 PM (2 hours early) = ₱200
Please request this in advance, as availability depends on cleaner schedules.

💼 1-Bedroom Units
✅ Base rate includes 2 guests
👨👩👧 Maximum: – 5 adults, or – 7 guests including children
🛋 Studio Units
✅ Base rate includes 2 guests
👨👩👧 Maximum: – 3 adults, or – 5 guests including children
💰 Additional Charges
Starting from the 3rd guest, an extra ₱350 per person per night applies
This includes extra mattress, linens, towels, and utilities to ensure comfort
👶 Children Policy
Children aged 3 and above are considered as regular paying guests
1 child under 2 years old can stay free of charge
If 2 children under 2 are staying, one is free, and the other will be charged ₱350 per night
📌 Example
If your group includes 2 adults and 2 children (ages 1 and 4):
The 1-year-old stays free
The 4-year-old is charged ₱350 per night
