❓ How do I book a stay?

✅ You can book directly on our website for exclusive discounts, or use Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda.
❓ What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

🧳 Early Arrival & Luggage Drop-Off Policy (FAQ) ❓ Can we leave our luggage in the lobby if we arrive early (e.g., 7:00 AM)? ⛔ I am sorry but No, luggage drop-off is not allowed at the condo lobby. Due to building security and safety policies, luggage is not permitted in the lobby or front desk area. 🕐 What time is the standard check-in? ✅ Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. You may check in any time after that — even late at night — as the lobby is open 24 hours. ⏰ What if we arrive too early in the morning? If you arrive too early (e.g., 7:00 AM), waiting a long time in the lobby might be difficult. 📍 Recommended Option: We suggest using the Traveller Lounge at SM City Cebu, where you can safely store luggage, rest, and explore the mall while waiting for check-in time. https://g.co/kgs/WbjBrLD 🧹 Is early check-in possible before 3:00 PM? It may be possible but is not guaranteed. 🕚 The previous guest checked out at 11:00 AM. After that, cleaning usually takes 2 hours, depending on the schedule. 💬 If cleaning finishes early, we’ll send you a message with the lockbox code so you can check in earlier — for free if available. 💸 What if I want to guarantee early check-in? If you need a guaranteed early check-in, we can request an additional cleaner to prioritize your unit. 🧼 Fee: ₱100 per hour ➡️ Example: Check-in at 1:00 PM (2 hours early) = ₱200 Please request this in advance, as availability depends on cleaner schedules.

❓ Do you offer drop-off services?

✅ Yes! Guests who book 10 nights or more receive a FREE drop-off service to Mactan airport or pier within Cebu City. 🚖✨ 📌 How to claim this offer? Available only for direct bookings through our website. Notify us at least 24 hours before checkout to schedule your ride. ❓ Do you provide extra beds or baby cribs?

✅ We offer free extra sleeping options (airbed/futon) and a baby crib upon request.
❓ What amenities are included in the unit?

✅ Fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, a full kitchen, air conditioning, hot shower, and toiletries are provided.
❓ Is housekeeping available during my stay?

✅ Yes! Weekly cleaning(paid service) is available for long-term guests. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.
❓ What payment methods do you accept?

✅ We accept GCash, credit cards, and bank transfers for direct bookings.
❓ Are there discounts for long stays or returning guests?

✅ Yes! Returning guests get 5% credit for future stays. Discounts available for weekly/monthly bookings.
❓ Do I need to pay a deposit?

✅ A 30% deposit is required for direct bookings. The balance is due before check-in.
